Content is definetely the most important part but you do still want your website to look interesting.

Content is very important…there is nothing worse than having to search vigorously through a sight just to find the information that you want.

I must say that web functionality is finally regaining it’s importance online. Too often websites put emphasis on the ‘excitement’ they wish to create rather than the actual purpose of the website for the business.

He’s definitely got a very valid point in regard to the importance of content in a website. As lots of people tend to forget or overlook that when they create a site. A website with a good content certainly is more interesting than one with loads of interesting images and features.
